This 2021 renovation project involved the complete transformation of a tired 3- bedroom home into a modern, functional, and comfortable living space. The house was fully gutted, allowing for a complete rebuild of the interior and significant structural improvements..
A key feature of the renovation was the removal of an existing load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living areas, creating a spacious open-plan layout. New external timber joinery was installed, opening the living space out to a brand-new Vitex hardwood deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living.
The layout was reconfigured to create a new master bedroom wing, including a custom ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite and main bathroom were both fully renovated with tiled showers, modern fixtures, and updated linings, delivering a clean, contemporary finish.
Feature wall panelling and new timber flooring were added throughout the home, enhancing the overall aesthetic and giving the space a modern, cohesive feel. With the home stripped back to framing, we were able to insulate all walls and ceilings thoroughly, and install a central heating system to ensure warmth and comfort year-round.
This renovation successfully revitalised the home, combining practical upgrades with modern design elements to suit contemporary living.
