This property underwent a large-scale internal renovation, which included the excavation of a new basement. During this process, the existing structure was carefully propped while foundation works were carried out. The newly created basement space now accommodates a spacious rumpus room, a new laundry, and a bathroom that opens onto Purpleheart timber decks and terrace stairs, leading to a stunning new pool.
Double-glazed aluminium joinery was installed throughout the home to improve thermal performance and aesthetics.
